James A. Miller, age 61, of Martinsville, IL passed away at 9:51 a.m. on Friday, December 4, 2020 at Carle Hospital, Urbana, IL.  He was born July 3, 1959 in Mattoon, IL, the son of James Douglas Miller and Dorothy Mae Bryant Miller.  On July 16, 1983 he married Twila S. Long in Martinsville, IL.

Survivors include his wife, Twila Miller of Martinsville, IL; father, James Miller of Etna, IL; father in law, Bart Long of Martinsville, IL; brothers, Russell Miller (Vivian) of Etna, IL; Craig Miller of Etna, IL; Johnny Miller of Etna, IL; sisters, Rebecca Ard (Wayne) of Etna, IL; Rachel Stambaugh of Neoga, IL; brothers in law, Mark Long (Yvonne) of Martinsville, IL; Michael Long (Debbie) of Martinsville, IL and many nephews and nieces.  He was preceded in death by his mother.

Jim attended Neoga schools.  He previously worked as a steel fabricator.  Jim was a member of the Martinsville Masonic Lodge 603 and Order of the Eastern Star 496 in Martinsville, IL

Although his family will miss him dearly they find comfort in knowing Jim was an organ donor and saved lives.

At his request there will be no services.
